Because no one ever pieced together that you can dance like that to more than just Disco? I don't know, that video reminds me of myself dancing when I'm drunk...

or find a hood rich dude that grew up in the 70s at a wedding and or company party with a few drinks down and you'll see it plenty.

On a side note: They taught us the electric slide in gym class when I was 7 or 8 in the late 80s :p Standard at the wedding
