Classical instruments are tuff to handle without theory. Plus, it's hard to get soulful sounds out of Maelstrom (or whatever else synth it is). I'd rather sample some violins out of classical cds.
The 1-note bassline is a bit weak imo. Could go more complex.
You may also had some ambience sounds, like pads, bleeps and stuff.
I mean you have a nice global feeling but you need more variations.

yaa violins sound sik i think on a grime tune buit make shore u dont go to complex or it just b a lod of **** and put more bass every one likes bass lol

sounds nice! A few more instruments maybe - i u changed the structure of it a bit it would sound more like grime, ie 8 bars of strings, 16 bars of bass etc... If u leave it as it is deffo needs an mc on it

ty 4 your help its soundin alot more to gether now iv sampled my girlfriend saying bubstep and trasposed it lots like changes by mala i think it sounds sick ill post when its done
