HHD 010 - Dave Bethell's 'Empty Skies' EP is yet another example of how Hidden Hawaii is all about promoting diverse top-notch electronica. Ranged in the field of dubstep, this EP combines epic sounds with deep groves. 'Australia' and 'Empty Skies' impress with etheral harmonies and laid-back beats that are deeply gripping the listener in a sphere of timelessness. With 'This Warm Day' Bethell has written a driving UK Bass tune which, similar to the first rays of the sun in spring, evokes the inner urge to move.
