Samples And Plugins Needed!!

Of late, I have become intrested in creating some hip hop and some Rnb tunes but I don't have any samples or decent plugins to do so yet again and don't know where to start. :?
I have no trouble making the beats in fact I already have it prepared its just that I do not have the right sounds. :(
So links to any good free samples or plugins or paid ones please! :)

I am using FL Studio.

FL comes with everything you need synth / plugin wise I promise, its a comprehensive studio...
