This isn't meant to be something to say that one DAW is better then the next because we all know that's just a load of crap Just out of curiosity I want to know what the good people at DSF like to to use to make beats.
So I'll start.. I almost exclusively use FL Studio for pretty much everything, and Ableton once in awhile to record live shit and for Operator which I think is fucking bomb.
Edit: Making into a poll with no specific ones like Ableton Live or Suite or Logic 8 or 9 etc. Just keeping it simple. And I know some people might use more than one but again keeping it simple with one choice

Check out DaMuseBlog for a beginner's guide to daws. Part 3 should be published tomorrow, so don't miss it. Part 3 is the best part! There is also this, a more specific discussion of Reason as it relates to the Beginner's Guide to Daws.

FL Studio 10 looks absolutely amazing. How mighty it has become since the days of it being called things such as 'childish toy daw'
lemme tell you it is no childish toy...ive only been using it since fl 9 so ive only seen it while its good. much better than acid 7 for sure. but all daws do the same thing as long as they don't limit the user
Talking more about the Fruity Loops 5ish days and for whatever reason people continued to look down upon it but now a days it doesn't matter, all preference blah blah etc. Like I said this poll is just a general survey
