Was wondering where you all get your drum sounds from?
I currently use 808 and 909, but would like to try different breaks.
If you could recommend some good VST's or sample CD's it would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Re: Drums
Theres loads of good drum vsts. If you want a vst with a smilar vibe to an mpc groovebox, NI maschine is great as is fxpansion geist.
Then theres other well used vsts like NI battery, or bpm motu. If you have lots of money you could go analouge and buy a poroper drum synth- i would love one but they cost almost 2 grand! http://www.synthgear.com/2011/audio-gea ... m-machine/
fxpansion geist have a demo, try it out on their website. I personally use both maschine and geist fro my drums.
