Battery 3 kit problems in logic PLZ HELP ^_^

Alright so I know the answer is probably mad obvious but I need someone to set me strait.
I just got battery 3 and i can't seem to save my kits right. Cause when I close and open up my project file again in logic my battery 3 tracks come up with a blank kit. Is there something I'm missing? do I need to do something else other than save my kit in battery?
