i actually find downlink's first few releases to be listenable. now he's just on some straight up ripping off excision shit... but "ignition" and "gamma ray burst" were tunes

Thats because they all came up in the same town...he's Excisions roommate iirc. Downlink is a good producer, but I can't really listen to too much.

i know they're bros but do they have to sound exactly the same? downlink used to have a unique style that i actually liked. ah well

I think they've all been working to get to that style though, from day one.

yeah except excision is leaps and bounds ahead of any of the rottun crew... you'd think if they were all sharing studio time, downlink could at least get his production skills on par with excision.
