Vyvyan - Birds (Deep Dubtep) - Need your advice!

Hi!
A new Deep Dubstep track, much more classical than the previous one, called "Birds" (and I hope you'll understand why listening to it!).
I think it is nearly completed, but I'm not sure about my kick on this one...
Do you think it is ok, or should i put a more simple and deeper kick? If you have other remarks, do not hesitate also!
Again Soundcloud is twisting my track, here it is my hit-hats which sound strange... So do not hesitate to download this sample so you can hear with a better quality!

Brooding atmosphere! The sonar is always a nice touch. I'm kinda hearing vocal-echoes on this, so that might be a nice add, but totally up to you. The kick can use some more depth and some more reverb, make it grittier, but not too much. Overall though, very sexy track!

I'll second the kick needing depth/verb/grit. -- I want something in the track to boom a little more. I'd fiddle with the placement of the hats in the mix. I don't dislike them, just I feel like if I were mixing this I'd wouldn't be happy with them. They drive the track nicely, but they feel a tad out front to me. I feel like they need to be present enough to drive the track, but back enough that the listener is only just aware of them. Or maybe I'm talking out my ass. Either way, track is certainly on it's way. Chill, heavy tune.

yep, hats and kick. The kick is either eqed so that it has too much low end which is stealing headroom from the track as a whole, or there isnt enough lp on the higher freqs which is stealing kick space by having that lil popp click that sounds more like a vinyl noise than a beater to me, very deep otherwise. Not EVEN the same type of stuff but...

Alright, thanks everyone for all these interesting feedbacks!
I'm happy you like it more generally, I'm gonna make the changes concerning kick (try to put some effects, maybe saturate it a lil bit... or change it so it sounds like the Vyvyan-Sunrise of the signature) and hit-hats (try to pan them and lower their volume).
I'll post the new version when it is OK.
