Basically once you sign up you download a piece of client software that uploads stuff onto your space. You can set permissions on files so you can upload your mixes and backup your HD/files and only allow people visiting your site to see your mixes.
Ive only just installed it but theres no spyware, it doesnt use loads of memory and its piss easy to use. By the way, you get your own email address (<username>@diinoweb.com).
