I'm quite new to producing and i'm using FL studio 10 everything is goin fine so far apart from the fact that in some synths when i press a key it will play a completely different note
if anyone knows how i could fix it i would be very greatful,
thanx in advance

yeah i have this problem. i figured out that if you unplug the keyboard and then plug it back in (and refresh the midi settings in FL) then it would work properly...if that doesn't work then I dunno

Open up the sampler properties for the desired sound. You know, say for a audio file you can change the adsr envelope, pitch envelope, go to the next window over, see how there's the keyboard on the bottom. Make sure c5 is orange and not another note. Right click c5 to change the root note to c5

This should work
The other nifty thing about this, is if you have a sample which is playing the note D (or anything else other than C), make that note orange in the screen described above. Now, all your notes are properly lined up on your midi keyboard.
