Right basically ive read in a few places that a good learning task is to remake a song basically try to remake it it reason beat for beat etc
So my question is what would be some good simple song for me to recreat in reason with the given sounds and options available from my noob weed brain
any sugestions welcome

Yeah tracing is a cool way to learn how beats are put together and to get you thinking about the patterns.
Do what you like! Don't do simple - do songs that make you move. They'll be the most "loaded" songs in terms of syncopation and patterns that you want to learn from.
