it is SO EASY to turn that off. you can even turn off notifications from specific groups. ill sort you in a sec.

I'll join up when I remove myself from some groups, apparantly im a member of too many. I'll help admin aswell if needed.

Edit: Just removed myself from loads of groups and its still not letting me join, what a skank. :(
