I refuse to believe that everyone else on this forum has better things to do than watch silly TV shows. Heroes is pretty much the best silly TV show going. Anyone still watching Lost needs to accept that times have changed, and Heroes has more shit going on in one episode than Lost has managed in the whole of season 3.

That episode 5 years in the future was wicked - love the show- hope they don't drag it out for loads of series just to make money.

the cool thing about the storyline is that it can go anywhere.. because apparently the series started right in the middle of it.. the agency Bennet works for has been around for decades, and Sureshes dad was all caught up in it when his son a kid.. and with Hiros ability to go anywhere in time, we can learn everything about it.

why did Hiro have his sword drawn on himself, looking all kinds of "im going to cut your *ucking throat" ?

But would Petrelli beat Batman?

He can only absorb powers and batman has no powers to absorb, unless he can absorb his bank account, then he would be up shit creek.

I like Hiro being clumsy and funny, I don't want him to get all serious.

It took me a while to get into it but I persevered and now I think Heroes is brilliant.

I read something on the internet (so it must be true) where the guy who 'created' heroes said that each series would be completely self-contained. So next series will be about new heroes, whole new plot, the whole works. Stops them dragging it out forever, desperatley prolonging it with nonsensical plot twists. Looking at you here Lost.

Peter would obviously beat the shit out of Batman. It would be an embaressment to watch. I only really put that to try and start some beef with Ben UFO.

i noticed that and thought.. "all the characters are the original.. why would they say that?"

i just watched the 5 years in the future episode.. i catch all the episodes on DVR being i work all the time....

Lost has been kicking all kinds of ass lately. I like Heroes, too.

i started watching heroes cause jess from gilmore girls was in it. i was pleasantly surprised.... and since gilmore girls officially sucks this season... i started following heroes instead

Some questions:

1) Peter's brother is gonna be the one to blow, isnt he? How can he absorb the power?

2) if Hiro can go to the future to save the world, why wouldnt he go to the past and take out Hitler or stop the US from dropping the bomb on Japan? Sorry to think too much about it, but what the hell does he care about NY?

3) what is the mom's power (peter's mom)? I think she is hardcore.

my wife got me watching gilmore girls, and the last two seasons fucking blow. the characters went from cute and intellegent women to psychotic bitchy whores with no explaination.

Nah, it's Peter himself according to the future. What will actually go down, well we'll just have to wait and see.

funny i got my girlfriend into it.. we own the 1st 5 seasons on dvd... season 2 and 3 are clearly the best... 4 was decent, downhill from there... i think the original creaters left at some point recently or something... was one of my all time favorite shows for a while there though.
