Having been a member of London’s Urban Nerds bass outfit for a number of years, spinning the finest grime and bass as a resident at their ever popular warehouse raves, when it comes to the capital’s constantly evolving mixture of beats and bars, the man like Ordio Kid knows a thing or two.

Formally known as garage selector Easy Dee, the East London dj’s sets are always worth catching, as he mixes up fresh riddims with classic tracks from the genre’s golden days – and his Hyp mix encapsulates that in a big way. From current runners like Dot Rotten, Swindle, Rude Kid and P Money, through to classics from Terror Danjah and Geeneus, the man knows his stuff. Rough round the edges and full of future anthems, this is one for the true grime heads.
