Our NASS Festival friends will be cruising to Brighton for this one, to warm up for the main event from 8-10th July.
SCRATCH PERVERTS
The Scratch Perverts are generally acknowledged as some of the finest and most influential turntablists ever. They have contributed countless techniques and pioneered radical innovations in developing the skills and possibilities that can be achieved on a turntable. As a team, they have won two consecutive World DMC Team titles; Prime Cuts also won two consecutive World ITF titles, and Plus One won the World DMC Champion and World Vestax Champion titles. Having become so dominant, they have now retired indefinitely from competition.
P MONEY
P Money is a highly favoured MC within the Grime scene. He began his career within the crew Fatal Assassins along with MC’s such as Little Dee, Blacks and others from the Blue Borough area of South London. During these times P Money was known for his fast, skippy flow which created plenty of hype when attending pirate radio shows. He attended many classic studio sets such as those from the Hazzardous Sessions series and also Fuck Radio volume 5.
HATCHA
Hatcha is Croydon’s answer to Moodyman and has over 18 years of DJ experience under his belt. Following a job as A&R man and shop hand at the legendary Big Appple Records, Hatcha became the first main DJ behind the now worldwide recognised Dubstep genre. He also mixed the very first ” “Dubstep Allstars” compilation (and volume 4 alongside Youngsta), making his name as the Godfather of Dubstep.
