Have you tried just searching google for Dragonball z voices? There's really no way to completely remove the background noise.

if they could be minimized in volume that would be good too.

yeah but u cant lower the volume of one voice and not the other. unless they were a huge frequency difference, then you could cut it out. but unfortunately the human voice falls under a rather pretty small frequency range. so you really cant completely take out background noise. there might be some ways to dull them out but idk..

your best bet is to google different samples with no background noise as stated above.

Maybe an expander might work a bit. They more or less make sounds which are already loud louder and sounds which are quiet quieter don't they?

In short, no. The sounds will occupy different frequencies that will be shared with other elements, for example the background music etc. Something like [rul=http://www.celemony.com/cms/index.php?i ... cts_editor]Melodyne[/url] could in theory help with isolating individual parts, but it's a high end program and total overkill for what you're talking about.

Your best bet is to try and find some DBZ sample packs that contain just the bits you want.

they just make quiet sounds quieter. but it works over time, and if you think of the tiniest snippet of time, theres gonna be voice and background noise. same as for the eq... u cant apply the effect to just the voice and not the background. an audio file doesnt know the difference between a character and a footstep.
