New Model Label Requiring Tracks...

Im putting together a new label, an online label, (mostly with the use of youtube)
This label is going to be different to the usual setup of a label... Instead of one or two guys in charge of A&R and therefore what gets released, everyone will collectively and obviously show what is good, and release worthy, by simply the amount of youtube views/likes/comments etc.
The field is open to any producer, send over your finished tracks to obri3n@gmail.com and I will upload them under the channel of the label.
It is then obvious from the subscribers and viewers what tracks will be chosen for release.
Exact figures, details to be decided and governed.
E.G...
If your track (on the channel) reaches 250,000 views with 95% likes, it will be mastered and released on a label digital compilation.
500,000+ on a label vinyl e.p
1,000,000+ on a vinyl single release.
Revenue share will be very fair for the artist. This whole project is aimed at getting unknown talent released! Not pumping out crap for cash and fame.
Contracts will come when needed, and everything is rolling.
