It's really mellow. It's a good start but I think the drums could use some work. More variation maybe? With some more work I think you will have a good one on your hands. Also, idk if its your style, but I think it could use some more bass... Hope this helps! Im new to production also, maybe you could check my stuff out?

did you hear the climax at the end? i was scared to put any more bass in because my subs already over powered everything else so much. its really deep though my ipod headphones could barely pick it up. and my drums definately need work lol i guess i kinda hit a writers block so i went ahead and posted what i had so far. i really like your songs man if i could give you any advice the bass in the first sounds a tad flat. great drums tho on both.

If you are having trouble with the bass being overpowering in your climax at the end and not as present in the rest you could always set the level higher then add some automation points (not sure if thats the correct term?) and set it to go down a bit when the climax hits. And if the bass sounds good in your daw and not soundcloud you may wanna see if you have it set to normalize on export. I find that normalization ruins my quality a bit.

Not bad for a first track! Try adding more variation to the drum rhythms and add various percussion to spice it up a bit. I think the pads sound pretty sweet and those delayed stabs are a nice touch. The bassline sounds quite generic. Try layering up your bass sounds and adding variations to it to mix it up. Also think about using different LFO waveforms, such as square or pulse for a bit of a change?
Re: [FEEDBACK] my first track. feedback please?
well, i actually had two different bass patches at the climax, one with all of the notes a step down from the chorus part. i accidentally put the first bass line down too low in my EQ so when i finish the track it should be more present. and i gave up on making the LFO's sound the way i wanted so all my wobbles are from automated frequency knobs;) i really appreciate everyones feedback and its about time for me to get to bed now but in the morning ill get to work on them drums.
