Vocal is too prominent in the mix - it dominates the wobble/mid range too much and leaves the beat hardly any room to breathe. I'm only really aware of the hats as a pssssssst noise vaguely in the background. Also feel you're trying to squeeze too many mid range bass sounds into the mix; the siren in particular seems a bit unnecessary.
