Looking for melodic drum n bass.

Hey guys

Just recently started getting into more dnb, and I really like the more melodic stuff, for example: afterlife and arcana by desimal and levitation by spor. Is there a specific sub-genre for the more melodic stuff?

Any help's appreciated.

Check out LTJ Bukem & his "earth selection" for melodic jungle. As for melodic dnb, Hospital, Med School, Spearhead, some Metalheadz mostly the Commix album, I'd check out guys like Fred V & Grafix if I were you it's cheesy as fuck but I like them a lot

I have to say, that tune would have gone nicely on dBridge's fabriclive cd.

Edit: This is in no way melodic but for some reason I was reminded of this track and video:

absolutely classic

I have been a massive, massive fan of liquid and autonomic DNB since both of them arose... Absolutely love the stuff.

Check out:

Alix Perez - Stray, Crooklyn, Melanie
Calibre: Pretty much anything by this legend. In particular - Trying to Remember, Thoughtless, Overreaction, Peace of Mind, Slience.
Logistics - Together, Reality Check, Transporter, Cosmonaut
Nu:Tone - Balaclava
Specific - Tell Me
Klute - Revolution
Spectrasoul - Melodies
D Bridge - Creatures of Habit, Inner Disbelief
Mistabishi - Greed, The Light's Really Bad
Lomax - Too Real
Nu:Tone & Logistics - Trademark
High Contrast - Eternal Optimist
High Contrast - Everything's Different (And especially the Calibre Remix)
Lenzman - Sugar Hill
Mr Size F & UnQuote - Hours Have No Reverse Motion
Noisia & Shanodin - Angel Eyes
Subwave - I Need You, Stars Get Down
The Burbs - Organic

If I think of any more I'll post em but those^ are essential...

Massive liquid fan here, only dnb I really like.

Check out the following youtube channels:

MrSuicideSheep
17Tumba

and of course Liquidicity.

If I was going to recommend you one artist above any- Lenzman makes some really nice liquid dnb.

Check Faib's soundcloud, she makes some nice dnb which is very "intelligent"
