Im having problems recording my mic in Audacity, I have a feeling its more to do with my mixer (Behringer DJX750) than audacity, the mixer picks up the mic and it all comes across the monitors fine, but after recording, only the music has been captured, is there a way around this, like connecting output/inputs to different things!?! If it helps, im using a UCA220 Interface and my mic has xlr connection

Re: Problems Recording Mic
Seems odd, like the mic is not getting to the output you are recording?
Try a different output ( if there is one) or split an output where you know for sure the mic is appearing.

SafeandSound Mastering : PMC IB1S, MANLEY Massive Passive (Hardware), Summit Audio DCL-200, HCL Varis Vari Mu, Custom stereo linked 5 band mastering EQ.

Re: Problems Recording Mic
Yeh its strange, so i record a whole radio show and only the sound is there, so frustrating, Ive tried different outputs and it doesnt seem to be solving it, personally i think its the mixer, im gonna try it with a mic that has a jack input, plug directly into amp instead, see if that works!
Thanks for the feedback tho
