Bassnectar - Dubble Step (From Excision's Shambhala 2008)

I took a trip back and listened to Excision's Shambhala 2008 mix again, and there's a song that seems to not exist but is my favorite song in the entire mix and I would do anything for it. It drops @ 18:11 into the mix. Looking at the tracklist, it appears to be called Dubble Step by Bassnectar... but running a google search tells me that this song doesn't even exist.
Does anybody know anything about this song? Was it labelled incorrectly? Just never released?
The track list is here, and I don't know if the download link there is still up but right now it seems to not be working. I don't have the audio but if you guys don't have this one on file I will rip it and post it on youtube. Thank you.
