Im just going to be honest as possible cus that is the best way to improve, I think your drums sound too loopy, its just kick snare with 16th note hats at one sample, and it sounds bad nor does it create a good groove or rythm. I think your mix sounds pretty good and the build is certainly exciting enough for the drop. I think really focus on the bass and drum interaction and put in some variations, Dub-step is not like house, it doesn't have the magical 128bpm tempo to carry it so you need to really work on the groove possibilities that the space of a half-step drum pattern offer. Get more hat samples, and really think about your kick and snare placements, not all songs are gonna work with just kick snare kick snare. Thats my two cents take it or ignore it haha!
