Whats up guys. A friend and I are putting together a website. http://www.FOLrecords.com. We released it a little over a month ago and are pushing 130 artists.
The basic concept of the site, as of now, is simple. You can create a free account and upload your music, offer it for free download, and get paid for your views. You, as an artist, get %50 of what we make off advertisement on your page.
This is just the beginning, the main infrastructure of the site is still under development. For instance, an embeddable player and promoter accounts.
