The track in my sig, worked 2 days on it, almost non-stop 
I have a version that is with headroom, this one is me trying to do some mastering, and it's tough with a song like this... so many things going at once... maybe that's the problem. The headroom version sounds nice and clean though, just not enough bass and not loud enough. I'm still happy with this
