Got some bad news guys. This is from Tri Angle Records HQ:

"We hate to be the bearer of bad news, but regretfully it’s our job to announce that Holy Other has had to cancel all of his upcoming US dates due to ill health. Holy Other is still planning on playing shows in the US in the foreseeable future, but circumstance has unfortunately made it impossible for Holy Other to fulfill the shows he had scheduled for July/August."

Everyone send your positive vibes to Holy Other!

Fear not, filling for Holy Other, we have Ghostly International's inimitable and always outstanding Shigeto performing live.

Updated flyer + lineup above.

The audience was bass starved. Every record that had a hint of a distorted bassline got everyone excited... and the DJs never noticed. I don't think any legit dubbstep tracks got dropped until some passable bass showed up around 4 for like 15 minutes.. some okay housey tunes.. but mostly weird hiphop dance mussoc fusion and shit. Think generic cclub beats and autotuned hooks. Wow. Not dubstep.

It was so hot. Over 90 at midnite and the crowd was chased onto the street by the DJs. I have a photo to of it.

Okay night if its your scene but it wasn't mine and in my opinion, shouldn't be on this board.

Any thoughts?
