i'm going to attend a language school there and then do an unpaid internship in some company in vancouver, i just finished school and don't really know what to do, that's the reason i do this

i could choose between montreal, toronto and vancouver and i chose vancouver just cause it looked nice
don't know yet where exactly i'm going to stay in vancouver, i get a host family through my agency

there's more. Lighta Sound crew have stepped up and done Loefah and are doing Kode 9 this weekend. I am quietly being machivellian behind the scenes after the Mala gig here fell through but there are things in the works that will make the pacific northwest pee themselves. In comparison to 18 months ago when Steve 9 first came through, it's been a huge leap and there is tons more room to grow, ears to the ground..

yes. and we'll doing another out of town name most likely in september.
at least once, if not twice, a month there's an event that features dubstep prominantly here. and there's a nice dedicated crowd here too.

I'm from Vancouver. It's still catching on but I've seen lots of flyers for it.
We'll see. I'm hopeful that it will grow big out here.

Considering that there are only two real sets of folk throwing dubstep oriented events in Vancouver, there's not really a "main" promoter. Holler at Michael Red or myself (
www.thekonspiracygroup.com) and who knows what could end up happening.

considering the vibe in Van, I can imagine it growing up quite steadily. But i'm not all too familiar with the scene there, being from Montreal. I've just checked out DNB stuff in Vancouver before...
keep pushing it!

Im new to the scene this year, and there's be some nicebig event so far with theDubforms. The first one had a ton of ppl, and the second was a little less grungy with just as much ppl. and Loefah was sick. The third one is this Friday with Kode9 and DJ Collage and is sure to be good. The scene is definitly growing out here.
