Different region Different style.

I've always found this interesting.. eg. theres hip hop.. and than theres westcoast hip hop, dirty south hip hop, midwest ect.. i think its cool how one sound (genre) can take on a different style so to speak based on where its coming from & whos making it ect;; im just curious as to why? like dubstep;; yu have the deeper dungeon vibes comin out of the uk mainly and then yu have the "brostep" comin out of the americas and such with the exception of starkey and a few others.. could it be that how a person perceives there environment has something to do with it SUBCONCIOUSLY? idk ; -end rant-
