DESCRIPTION

If you have followed West Coast bass music culture in the last year, you are no stranger to the name Minnesota. Hailing from Santa Cruz, this young producer is freaking the minds of the multitude weekend after weekend, his sets brimming over with some seriously unparalleled original sound. MalLabel Music is proud to get a chunk of that wondrous stuff to package into a lovely new EP entitled Ancient Machines.

Minnesota has a talent for equally matching beauty and booty, twisting bold synth lines with gorgeous pads and floor shaking bass. With a hint of purple, the Ancient Machines EP undulates with headiness but keeps it dance floor to the core.

The EP opener, “Breathe,” is a beautiful piece of West Coast bass treasure. Flowing from an atmospheric opening to a thunderous anthemic crescendo, this track is laced through and through with Minnesota’s signature sound. The follow up track, “Living Together,” is another gem. A flowing arpeggio line tiptoes into a blastoff of bass that leaves the listener hanging in dank clouds of rhythm, never wanting to come back down. The closing track “Hold Up” completes the opus rocking a moody 180 BPM, rich FM synth chords, and hand claps to start bodies in motion and keep them rocking.

MalLabel Music is extremely proud to present the Ancient Machines EP and to support Minnesota in his meteoric rise to becoming a household name in the bass music industry. Grab your copy of Ancient Machines and prepare to get a taste of some truly extraordinary beats.

Yo, seen this cat a few times...
DJing Serato with a trigger finger is not really what I like...
I had to walk off durring the Lil Jon Dubstep remix, that right there is "oil and water" to me. :a:
