how to make that 'wow wow' sound

ez, ive looked on the net however just typing in 'wow wow sound ableton' obviously doesnt work so im struggling to find info on it.

heres a little tune im feelin got a lovely synth, you'll notice it kinda goes 'wow' and im struggling to find that effect in ableton can anyone point me in the right direction?

It sounds like a lowpass filter to me, the sound comes more from the synth he's using behind the filter.

Also, wahwah pedal/vst.

Sounds like a resonant low pass filter with an LFO.

As for the synth, it sounds like its a minor chord slightly detuned.

It sounds more like a BANDPASSED saw, playing a chord. With maybe some detuning. High resonance on the filter as well.
