OK guys so I just finished my first tune (yeah!), and I'd like to import it into iTunes so I can bump it in my car. How would I go about doing this?

Export the song as mp3, then drag it into iTunes.

Convert it to an MP3 with Audacity or something similar. Drag into iTunes with the rest of your songs, edit the ID3 tags if you want, make sure there is a check mark next to the track, then sync your iPod.

Yes midi is nothing but data, you must arrainge the midi peices into a song and export it as a "mixdown" in an audio format.

Yes, normalize it. That brings the loudness to max. Dithering, set to triangular.
