Ahhhhh, these songs are amazing! Beautiful names too, Huty I should start naming my songs after Italian cities more often.

wow venice is great! parts of it sound like someone pissing but it's like... i dont know man, a few tweaks here and there and i could see this on hessle or something. the whole weirdness of it (specially that resonant filter on the pad), and how it goes on for 7 minutes without being boring.

some of the rain sounds like someone taking a piss tho

ancona has a kinda photekky vibe, as in newer photek, as in 2000's matrix soundtrack aesthetics. or so, i'm tired lol.

I thought Venice was awesome until around 2:00, then it just got a little weird for me.. ruined the vibe. It has a shit load of potential though.

yea i know what you mean but i think if somehow sculpted/edited it could work in that weird untold-y way. thats why in the end i viewed it as positive rather than negative, whoever made that had the balls to be weird. also the rest of the tune made up for it

edit: also, gorgeous intro. love all the details, love the stereo/panning, love the general sense of space created.

Venice would have won battle 1 for me if it had ended at about 4:30, the second drop was a bit too chaotic and ruined the vibe for me and catania is pretty damn good- arranged a pretty close battle there didnt i? .

Yeah it was completely randomly picked, i didnt actually listen to any of the tracks before i uploaded them, sorry.


Also whoever made lecce don't be disheartened you're getting no votes, the tune has lots of potential and you're up against the two best tunes in the comp, keep working on that one, just needs a better mixdown and work on the bass a bit

gosh darnit well if we get into a situation where theres one vote separating two tracks in the ones you didnt vote for you can get the casting vote in recompense

edit: wait i think i know what you did, you have to pick all four options you want to vote for before hitting submit, not vote sperately 4 times

wow i gotta say im WELL impressed with every1s tunes here i commend u guys! i dno how u can complete your songs & get em sounding good in just 2 days!

and some of them are real bangers no doubt! i really think mine will certainly fail in the first round, partly bcoz of how rushed it sounds

although i wasnt holdin bak and TRIED with my track, i need to experiment and change my workflow order or something because i take too damn long,

i think im gonna play this 72 hours thing by myself now just so i can hopefully complete tunes in days instead of weeks
