Extract vocals only from sample song

Hey there.
Just wanted to know what vst or software you fellas use to extract voice from song, as in get rid of the instruments. Right now I'm using FL Studio 10 and have most popular vsts.

I've googled it and watched many tutorials on youtube but usually its the other way around (remove vocals, keep instruments) or its still not completely clear of the instruments. I thought that some people might know a specific way that its possible.

There isnt one that will work in the real world, but if you have a perfect instrumental of the track, like dynamically and everthing, and invert the instrumentals phase, and layer it with the original, they'll cancel each other out and youll have the accapella.
Likelihood of finding instrumental = 0.
