The rules:
* Your finished entry must be sent to me (jrisreal) via dropbox on the soundcloud page or PM (please give MP3's because WAV's take over an hour for me to upload)

* Each participant must write and record a decent length rap for the contest. (track length doesn't matter, we all know how to skip intros and whatnot if it's taking too long)
* The raps must be over instrumentals that are created by the participant *however* you do NOT need to make a new track for this contest, you may use any previous beat or loop you have on your harddrive as long as you made it. (Collabs are acceptable)
* No genre restrictions on the backing beats, I don't care if you spit over hip hop, grime, jungle whatever just so long as it's bars of pure fire XD
* Contest will run from TODAY 6th OF OCTOBER until SUNDAY 6th OF NOVEMBER with a further week of voting once submissions close.
* No hating on other members of the forum in your entries. It's ok to mention/diss people if it's kept clean and good fun but any entries I consider way out of order or that may cause real upset will not be uploaded and the entrant shall be disqualified. The text based raps people have already posted in this thread are all fine if you need a reference of what's allowed.
* When voting at the end of the contest please judge the entries firstly by their LYRICAL content and secondly by the FLOW of the rapper. By this I mean, try and make all your decisions based on who you think has written the cleverest/funniest rap and if you really can't decide between two entries then look to the flow. This isn't a production contest, it's a rap battle
If anyone has any problems with the rules let me know and I'll see if you chattin crap or they need amending but I think I covered everything pretty well there...
