One of the biggest problems for me is that when I slice it to MIDI even the slightest breath makes a whole new MIDI note which makes it very hard, not sure how to explain that better, I'm hoping someone who has worked in this area can lend their knowledge

Skrillex/Fidget Vocals?
I've been trying to make fidget type vocals like Skrillex, I once heard/read (I forget where it may very well have been in this forum) that he slices the .wav files to MIDI and plays with them in there. I've been messing with that in Ableton and any of you who have tried that will know what a headache it is to make anything halfway decent come out. Just wondering if anyone has any tips on how to make it work besides maybe putting in hours and hours to get one vocal bit..
