New to dubstep. Need some help.

hello fellow dubstepers. I have been listening to dubstep for awhile and need some help. i am wondering what is a good program to start creating. i have no prior knowledge making music, so i want something easy to grasp but not so easy that i cant get some good beats out of it. thanks!
