How convenient... I just found $30 in my paypal account :corndance:
And I just downloaded the demo for the synth, and screwed around with it for a bit. I'm definitely taking advantage of this now! Thanks man

What's your opinions on the synth? I don't really like the GUI. How's the sound? I should probably just download the demo...

Doesn't look to bad for $20 bucks but maybe I should just get deeper into Reaktor.

Haven't checked this out but just looking at the feature list it sounds awesome. Does it have good sound quality and reliability?

I like the sound pretty much, the strengths are not so much on "classical analog" sounds but on fm and the crazier stuff. Soundscapes and fx are awesome, there are about 1300 presets included. Drawback might be the cpu usage.

I`ve been checking this out for some time and at such a cheap price.
The question I have is how does it compare to Green oak Crystal?

do you rate it?
I can only find reviews from 2007 or so.
Just wondering if it`s outdated or still sounding solid?

I think it's somewhat timeless; the CM version is pretty versatile. I haven't used it in a while though. But hey, for 20 bucks you can't really go wrong.

that`s my thinking.
I have the cm version but for 20 it`s a steal.

I noticed the new update and with sfz support it does make it pretty limitless.

I bought it. Been messing around with it. Totally legit. 3 extra preset banks with this download makes it worth it.

it's basically 6 instead of 3 Oscillators

Alright, finally got a chance to download the demo and test it out.

This is a cool synth and a good deal so I'm going to grab it.

Awesome for evolving pads and textures. I haven't even gotten in the additive and sample based waveforms part of it yet.

I've been wanting a good software FM synth since I don't have FM8. I do have a hardware Yamaha TX81z which is pretty cool but is hard to program and is only a 4 operator system. Still a good synth.

This one has 6 oscillators/operators like the DX-7 and can in fact load DX-7 and TX81z presets which could be useful. And that not even getting into the Additive synthesis and sampled waveforms oscillator capabilities.
