Nice! I'm guessing that this replaces the ftp server I have been using?
If skream is on tonight, I'll give it a go with that. Thanks for all the hard work

Yeh, cos if someone decided to be cuntish, they can access the FTP and delete stuff...
Atleast this way I can track who downloads what and no one can delete a thing, only add

Big Up All...
Just to recap; this is to act as "Our Scene's Very Own YOUSENDIT / MEGAUPLOAD website".
So, you upload a file....(faster than the sites above) and are provided with a
LINK.
What you do with that link is
UP TO YOU.

How are you going moderate if people upload things which aren't dubstep but just abuse the service and use it as if it was any other file sharing site?

Well...thats the whole point, but its aimed towards Dubstep & Grime....
I dont mind if someone uploads a drum and bass set, atleast, if 500 people download it, thats 500 people who have visited a dubstep related site and a potential 500 more dubsteppers.
The whole service is unmoderated and its only mp3 files allowed so there isnt much room for people to abuse. The more people who use it the more popular it becomes which is what we are aiming for.
Proper sweet stuff

Using it now for the skream set just finished. Took me a bit of arsing about taking out spaces and getting the length right of the filename - go there in the end though.
I like the minimalist style of the site.
