Need Some Help With a Musical Score

I was wondering if anyone who was proficient at musical notation could help me with this score I need to write up. This is what I have been given, it is full of notational errors etc but the only thing I am having trouble with when rewriting is how to structure the notes and bars. (Ignore the terrible notation and use of symbols, the only thing I need help with is how to structure the actual notes within the bars and if the note lengths are all right).

Am I write to think it is in 4/4 (I've only just started properly learning music theory) How should I structure the notes and bars? My guess so far is that bar 4 needs to be split into 2 bars, same with bar 5, and that bar 6 needs to be split into 3 bars? Is this right or am I totally off the mark?

Cheers.

yikes, there's some stuff in there that really makes my head hurt ;)

yes, that long bar has 6 beats.

can't really judge what's "right" about this unless you give a recording of the music, or a 2nd transcription. At the very least, it needs a time signature and key sig-- unless it's in Am/Cmaj.

i dont think we have to make any changes to the pitch of the notes, its only about the notation and symbols as far as I know. It's about spotting the mistakes (some are blindingly obvious I know lol) and things that are missing (like the time signature etc). As far as I could tell it fits in common time (and there is a C on the cello staff). Only thing that threw me off was the cello piece ends up being like a bar shorter then the flute piece when it is spaced out properly in 4/4 (put it into Logic).
