damn shame, my favorite rider of the season, and was on the up- could have been a world champion in a few years. rip

innit. such a shame. you could sort of tell rossi wanted to go back and edwards wanted to stumble on the track, i think they both knew what had happened. really sad day for motorcyclists everywhere.

sometimes controversial...and sometimes verging on reckless, but one of the most exciting riders seen in MotoGP for years. RIP Marco...you'll be sadly missed

Crazy. I was never a big motogp fan, but occasionally saw a race or two when I had the time and ol' sideshow Bob was always a candid character, one seldom seen in the PR laden world of professional motorsport.
