FORMATTING YOUR THREAD TITLES TO GET MORE LISTENS/FEEDBACK

Post by Be-1ne » Fri Oct 28, 2011 4:25 am

Thread Titles - guidelines

So as to maximise the number of listens/amount of feedback your tune receives, the following thread title format is recommended;

DJ Name - Mix Title (Genre/description)

DJ Name - Radio Show (Genre/description)

This gives the someone viewing the Mixes board a clear idea of what your mix is called and more importantly what it sounds like at a glance.

Genres/descriptions to consider (but are not limited to);

Deep
Minimal
Dancefloor
Tearout
Filth
Brostep (though be careful, this word may carry some negative connotations)
Psy
Experimental
Classic
Drumstep
DnB
etc...

These are just some hints and tips.
