In all seriousness, if the track is unreleased then no you can't download it, legally anyway. Just because it got played on the radio does not mean that it is not a "dub".

i want to listen to the full track, what i recorded was only half the track...... and terrible quality.
I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION I WOULD GET SOME FRIENDLY ADVICE FROM SOME FELLOW DUBSTEPPERS BUT INSTEAD ALL IM GETTING IS A BUNCH OF PEOPLE TELLING ME HOW RETARDED I AM FOR NOT KNOWING THIS SONG WAS UNDERGROUND AND UNRELEASED... the question i asked you is there any ID for this track so i can download it.

Look, if this is an unreleased track then no you can't download it, what part of that do you not understand?
If you want an ID your best bet is probably the UKF forum, as the kind of "dubstep" you've posted is not so well covered on this forum.
