Hi All,
Off to fabric this friday to see jakes, rodigan etc and read on the fabric site that cameras will be confiscated!?
Anyone had had this happen to them? Or heard any stories of it?
Seems a bit extreme!

Cheers, yeh seems a bit crazy
"fabric does not allow any unauthorised filming or photography during club nights. Anyone found doing this without prior permission is at risk of having his or her property confiscated. For all clearance on filming and Photography please email
press@fabriclondon.com."
I can understand filming a whole set but a few random photos with mates seems a bit mad, Dunno whether to risk taking a camera or not.

We got a slap on the wrist for filming a part of our own set!
Apparently the only people allowed to take pictures or video are their licensed people they have walking about the place.
I can maybe understand from a technical point of view they might not want images of their hardware setup etc from the stage/booth but still thought it was a bit much!

We still did, but just kept an eye out for staff. We were in room 2, if your playing room 1 I very much doubt they will come up on stage in front of the crowd and get you to stop filming.
We're probably not big enough for them to turn a blind eye im guessing...

Took quite a few pics on camera phones etc with no problems when I've been. Obvs is different for better quality camera's.
