this is probably a really easy question, and im sorry if it has been asked before (feel free to redirect me), but what is the difference between monophon and monorotate? and also the difference between legato and legato triller? cuz im pretty sure the time knob will make any combination of those 4 settings glide if it is turned up.

Easiest way for me to explain this is using a simple example. Using legato, if you're holding E, then press down G while still holding E, massive will slide up to G, but if you let go of G, rather than Massive simply going back to playing the E, you'll have to re-articulate it. With triller on, when you let go of that G, massive will slide right back down, and you can keep this process going as long as you want without ever having to re-articulate.

Don't recall the difference between monophon/rotate. Need to check the manual on that one.

Manual says this about the other part of your question.

Monophonic allows you to play only one note at a time. Note that the Monophonic mode deals with notes (i.e. pressed keys), not with voices. Thus, you can use this mode and still have many voices per note, as set by the Voice Unisono Control. The next key you press will mute the previous one, with all its voices.
• Monorotate is a special monophonic mode in which two notes are always played alternatively. If a new note is played while the previous one is still held, the old note will stop and the new one will start, just as in the normal monophonic mode described above. However, the old one will be faded out quickly to ensure that the abrupt stop of this note will not cause a click. This can be done as the new note is started on another layer of voices.
