Recording Mixes/Sets

OK so i got the CDJ 800's (MK1) and i dont even know how to record my sets had them for atleast 2 - 3 months now. I was told that i needed an audio interface but i haven't brought one yet just in case, Can someone help me? Thanks

Go from output of mixer into input in audio interface, this then usually connects to your computer by usb/firewire. Record using chosen software, cubase/logic etc

Mix done! :)

Alright, wouldn't the output from the mixer have to come out of ''Booth'' ?:S

If the latency is low enough you could go straight from the outs and monitor through the speakers plugged into your computer.

One advantage I like about using the booth outs is that if you have a separate level for it you can adjust to make sure you don't clip the inputs on your interface

I used to have that mixer, went from booth out to line in on my mac and it was fine. The mic channel doesnt get recorded though
