Questions about FL Studio 10 & Massive

So, Reason was not my cup of tea so I want to try fruityloops since I've seen some people (Chrispy for example) making sick dubstep on there.
My question is, I have FL Studio 10 installed and Massive VST installed, how can I open Massive inside FL studio 10 to use it in there?
And could someone also post some useful guides that helped you alot?
Because when I search for guides I always find things I already know such as the 3osxc and such.
But I want to know how to create descent drums, intro, melody and basslines (With Massive ofcourse)

Thanks in advance!

I've been trying other DAW's but I started with FL studio.
Chrispy is just proof that there can be done good things in FL studio when you've mastered the program.
The reason I switched to FL studio is because I like the interface more and it looks "simpeler" but I still need guides to start mastering the program.
It isn't just because Chrispy uses it, it is because it seems likes a descent program to start with, and to master it.
I want to created dubstep/drum & bass because it's a passion, not because some guy I happen to listen to uses that program.

Massive should be available from the list of VSTs in FL Studio - check your FL manual and it'll go through how to load it :)

Just fuck around homie!
Also, when you watch a youtube video make sure you have your DAW up and follow along--otherwise your kinda missing the point.

Good luck

Spor uses FL. 'Nuff said (although this is a dubstep production forum). If massive was installed properly, it should have installed itself so that when you open FL, click on "channels" and then "add one" and find the one that says "NI Massive". if you don't see it on the list, go to channels, add one, then click on "more" at the top. A plugin list will open up. Click on refresh at the bottom of the page and then click fast scan. If it is able to locate massive, it will tell you that 1 new plugin was found, and it should be red. Scroll down and find it, and then click the box with the mouse. If after doing this it still can't find it, look in Massive's folder and find the file that says "massive.dll" that's the actual plugin file itself. open up FL's folder, then open up the plugins folder, and then the vst folder. Drag the massive.dll file into the fl studio vst plugins folder. Then repeat the step where you scan for new plugins and that should work as the plugin is now in fl's vst database. I apologize if this doesn't answer your question but from the original post it sounded like you were having trouble opening massive.

Chrispy is proof? Fuck that, I couldn't possibly think of a producer who makes more annoying and soul-less music.

If you want to validate using fruity loops based on another producers work, for god sakes, at least choose one who makes skillful sounding music, like Silkie, he uses fruity loops, and is probably one of the most musical and talented producers out at the moment.
