do things you enjoy doing, meet girls who are doing similar things. what hobbies do you have?

i've never met any mentally stable girls via dating sites so i'd use that as a last resort (just my experience).

when you see a woman you're interested in, use a soft approach from the front (never approach from behind) and make her laugh. make sure you take care of yourself hygienically every day.

and yeah i forgot to mention that i had finished school, which is the other reason this sucks.. i truly can't stand bars, and uni is over.. so...... ?
also i work in an office with one partner downstairs, who is a 40yo male, we are the only two bodies in the building, ever. so work's out.
I have just joined a gym and i'm hoping i mix with some people there, but it seems doubtful

go into cafe's/coffee shops with chicks working in them, waitresses whatever, sit down order something, be nice, smile, only do this when you feel good and like you wana do it, its surprising how just being friendly and nice and genuine can work

and yeh, dont stink the joint up unless you are such a lad that the chicks dont care how you're dressed and/or smell and/or look

going to the gym is a good idea.

gym can be a good place to meet people, but also a terrible one. What else do you enjoy doing? Probably a good shout to do whatever you enjoy doing, and meet a nice lady who likes that too

Do you have many mates outside of work OP? Serious question. Being more of a social butterfly with your existing circle of friends is bound to get you meeting more women.

its true... i have one mate, and he's worse off than me in this department
i am clean and decently fit/dressed
but i don't have any thing at all i enjoy doing outside of work, production, exercise, and some weed smoking
