get an earphone, put it in your mouth and then talk while playing a strong waveform through the earphone at a loud volume.
u will get talking wobbles like this with all the control you want
there are other ways of achieving this but you can try this disgusting method if you want

To both: Could you provide a tutorial video for that method? I'm pretty new in dubstep production (tried until now to produce DnB), but I would like to know these methods.
