The "last" FWD aftermath...

Post by markle » Sat Jun 30, 2007 11:03 am

Hadn't seen one of these for a while and felt that FWD needed a little big up.

Last night was wicked. Benny Ill, Headhunter (Appleblim - lost in action), Kode9 and Youngsta smasharoonied it. SLT Mob touched the mic alongside CD, flexing hard! Future music right there. I think all the dj's played stuff i hadn;t heard before and left the whole place skanking deep and drawing for the rewind (hold tight Bandit  )

Seemed like everyone was blazin hard, i know Standard place crew were battling to see how could smoke the most lemon, jokers.

Largin up the early gang - Boom, Mos Dan, Whistla, Incyde, Rouge, Braiden - that que was silly, bless up winston 8).

And larging up those inside - Loefah one hand skinner, Mala, SLT, Cody - good to finally meet ya bro...but most importantly man like Scientist - deep chat bro. Your chest!

Funny to see FWD changing. Had a couple of 'out of towners' in attendance, as is becoming more commonplace - overhead "this music is weird, what is it?" and "so where do you get the drugs from in here"
:o  And some twat puked right at the entrance to the toilets. Nasty.

But still, if the music and vibes are as bangin as this i'm still going be repping.

You just can't do that at FWD anymore. It's early doors or early to bed.

absolutly massive! every dj came with a different flex and all the mcs blessed mic with nothing but energy. one of the best fwds for me in a while and thats satyin a lot. what a way to start my 21st birthday weekend!

out to the chatting crew - mary anne for the inside on radio 1 politics, markle, rougestar, heny, and maximum respect to scientist

not out to the guy who spewed on the toilet door handle. have some self restraint you chump

bloody hell I was a wreckage by the end  felt surprisingly ok this morning though

thank god for the comfy seats by the cloakroom.. big up everyone I attempted to talk to at any stage of the evening.

kode 9's set was sick.. cool out sounded heavy, and pretty much all the other bug related bits too. that one with the weed man lyrics was HEAVY, definitely soundtrack to the night - 'ganja me need, ganja me love..'
